What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Freelance Writer to contribute original MasterClass articles. This is a great opportunity for a generalist with strong research and writing abilities. Must be comfortable with a high volume of work while upholding the highest standards of editorial integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill assignments on a weekly basis, in accordance with established SEO and editorial guidelines
  • Research and write clear and compelling articles that drive significant organic search traffic

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years journalism, digital media, or digital publishing experience
  • Portfolio of relevant writing samples
  • Previous experience with SEO preferred but not necessary
  • Exceptional research and writing skills—able to write with confidence in many verticals
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Deadline-driven
  • Ability to work independently
