About the Role:

Dashlane is seeking a versatile creative and strategic senior copywriter to join our internal creative team. Servicing our integrated marketing function across channels, this writer will lead the creation and revision of a wide variety of copy deliverables, from customer emails and paid social ads to landing pages and product news. In collaboration with other copywriters and the designers on the team, you will be at the forefront of Dashlane’s creative expression, influencing how the brand comes to life in the market and differentiates itself from our competitors.

This role can be based either in person at any of our Paris, Lisbon or New York offices, or work remotely anywhere in our 3 countries.

At Dashlane you will:

  • Write and edit on-brand, on-strategy, (nearly) error-free copy across multiple customer and prospect touchpoints
  • Lead collaboration with other writers, designers, and marketing stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials that deliver our brand messaging and drive growth
  • Become a mini-expert on our product offerings to bring them to life as vividly as possible in our marketing materials

  • Interpret and execute creative briefs, often independently, without sacrificing strategy fit

  • Give and receive qualitative, constructive feedback from other collaborators without ego
  • Execute on and evolve our brand voice, always keeping in mind the customer experience
  • Collaborate with writers across the organization to ensure we speak as one voice across marketing, product, and customer support
  • Mentor more junior members of the team

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of copywriting experience either in-house, at an agency, or freelance
  • 2+ years digital marketing experience in a variety of channels
  • A portfolio of your copywriting work with brief explanations of your role in the project
  • Native or business-level English speaker

We’re also looking for:

  • Experience flexing your writing skills across many different applications
  • Experience editing/giving qualitative feedback to other writers/creatives
  • Comfort working independently (but not territorially!)
  • Experience writing to editorial style guides and brand voice guidelines
  • Meticulous attention to grammar (and maybe even enjoy proofreading)
  • Prior experience collaborating closely with designers
  • Long-form writing experience (e.g. blog posts) a plus
