The virtual agents have the intelligence to answer questions without a human having to write them first. Our clients are car manufacturers and dealers.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer with strong manual testing experience for our SaaS platform.

Contractor/Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all engineering tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking
  • Identify bugs and issues and ticket them
  • Define quality metrics (coordinate with the product on upcoming features)
  • Contribute to the design, creation, and execution of test cases for web and mobile; performing automated Web testing
  • Cross-browser and mobile testing
  • Proficiency in developing test scripts
  • Ability to describe how to replicate issues and document at a detailed level
  • Automation testing related to browsers is a benefit
  • Regression testing
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkin, etc.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience with automation testing suites
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Front end manual website testing experience
  • Working knowledge HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
  • Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
  • Design and UX sensibilities
  • A natural curiosity for new technology and creative expression
  • Nice to haves – testing on mobile devices, and or a good understanding/knowledge of mobile OS and browsers
