    We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team, specializing in helping rapidly expanding businesses achieve efficient scalability through our unique Operations-as-a-Service offering, which combines automation, specialized human expertise, and strategic consulting.

    Our team comprises over 75 strategic members who hold equity in the organization (our "Partners"), along with 1600+ professionals responsible for managing our services and core company functions (our "Agents" & "Specialists").

    Who We're Seeking:

    We're in search of an experienced Product Manager with:

    • 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, demonstrating technical proficiency and a deep comprehension of marketplace dynamics and financial mechanisms in the SaaS sector.
    • Proficiency in data management, with a preference for experience in low-code/no-code applications.
    • A strong preference for a profound understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications, as our AI Training vertical is rapidly expanding.
    • Extensive experience in product lifecycle management within Agile environments.
    • Demonstrated analytical prowess, combined with conceptual thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
    • The capability to articulate, educate, and coach product best practices to product managers at all levels.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Responsibilities

    The Product Team is responsible for:

    • Crafting and executing a product roadmap for operations-related products and services based on comprehensive market analysis and aligned business objectives.
    • Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and customer support, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services that meet customer requirements and align with business goals.
    • Conducting in-depth market research and analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing existing products and developing new ones.
    • Formulating pricing and packaging strategies for operations-related products and services, guided by competitive analysis, market research, and business objectives.
    • Defining and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) for operations-related products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Identifying and effectively managing risks associated with operations-related products and services, including aspects like security, compliance, and data privacy.
    • Establishing and nurturing partnerships with third-party vendors and service providers to elevate the delivery of operations-related products and services.
    • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations-related products and services, while consistently reporting on product performance to key stakeholders.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with JIRA & Confluence.
    • Understanding of database technology, automation, CI/CD, and DevOps would be advantageous.
    • Experience in a startup environment.
    • Active involvement in open-source projects.
    • Preferred Agile certifications.
