  • Over the past 12 months we’ve grown incredibly quickly, launching in 20+ countries, growing from six to forty plus people and raising our Seed & Series A rounds from top US & European funds.
  • Companies know that relocating is hugely stressful for employees but currently lack affordable, modern ways to enable them through the process.
  • PerchPeek’s platform provides companies with a simple way to support employees throughout their relocation to dozens of locations around the world.

Here’s a more detailed overview of the VP Sales role:

In 2021, we went from having a couple of clients to a couple of dozen without having a dedicated Sales & Account Management team. As we look to scale to hundreds of clients over the next year, we’re looking for an exceptionally ambitious VP Sales to take ownership of this function & be ultimately responsible for driving continued revenue growth at PerchPeek

More specifically, you be responsible for:

  • Driving top-line Revenue growth – you’ll lead revenue generating teams across new Customer Acquisition, existing Account Management and Consumer Sales
  • Hiring * & management* – you’ll build, coach & develop a 15-20 Perchy organisation in 2022 across these three teams (up from 4 team members currently)
  • Pricing/Package development – we’re still in the early stages of testing our pricing and packages – you’ll have huge influence on how we develop these and bring them to market
  • Forecasting – you’ll be responsible for forecasting the Sales target vs quota each month and sharing input on where we should prioritise resource focus
  • Reporting – you’ll both hold your teams accountable for their performance and be held accountable for overall Sales performance
  • Perchy Ambassador – you’ll be responsible for taking Plush Perchy Parrots to trade shows and representing our brand within the HR & relocation industry

A couple of additional areas to note:

  • *We are a remote first Company and so predominantly you’ll be able to work wherever you’d like. However, you may occasionally be required to travel (quarterly) for senior leadership or wider team retreats. You’ll also have ability & budget to coordinate members of the company in person should you desire as well

In terms of the type of person we’re looking for:

  • Sales Leadership experience: you’ve got 10+ years in Sales/Account Management and 5+ years of leading high performing teams within Sales/Account Mgmt
  • Think Big: you’ve sold products that are still rapidly evolving and are comfortable adapting packages, prices & approaches as we learn more
  • Consultative Sales : we sell into HR departments and the main metric of success is employee NPS. You’re comfortable selling a vision of why their employees will love using PerchPeek
  • Data driven: you’re used to holding your team accountable to the data and using it to improve processes, strategies and team performance
  • Curious : We’re looking for the ability and curiosity to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Highly effective people management skills & ability to hire superb future perchies. You’ll be responsible for hiring & managing across three teams straight off the bat
  • Strong negotiation prowess & diplomacy – you’re used to managing teams that work on complex enterprise Sales deals
  • Revenue focussed – you’ve got a proven track record of scaling Revenue growth within your organisation
  • Leading through others – you’ll be working as a core member of the Senior Leadership team and are comfortable in explaining and getting buy in to your world view
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
  • International experience – if you’ve relocated before, terrific. If not, you’ll feel confident managing teams in multiple locations
  • Fluent in English , but further languages are a huge plus – the more the merrier as you’ll be managing an international team
