The Marketing Operations and Insights Senior Manager role will help us in our mission by reporting, analyzing and managing the performance of critical initiatives that help grow and scale our business. Your role will be dynamic and fast-paced and will require working collaboratively across the marketing function to oversee high-impact program deployment through comprehensive performance reporting. This person will be instrumental in the future of the function and provide insights to stakeholders to prove value, shape future campaigns and inform overall marketing strategy.

Strengths in business process assessment, project management, measurement and re-engineering are key, as is the ability to leverage technology to implement business solutions. This is a “roll up your sleeves” organizational role; the successful candidate is expected to perform all functions from administrative processing to supporting and leading strategic change initiatives within marketing.

What You Will Do:

  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team, finance and sales operations to support marketers with strategy, project coordination, budget tracking, execution, and regular performance review for key, multi-channel, marketing initiatives.
  • Manage alignment to finance for efficient budget management and ROMI analysis.
  • Understand and deliver reporting to advise pipeline forecasting (and related company performance) and annual planning initiatives.
  • Lead tracking the efficacy of marketing initiatives and help implement the appropriate reporting and metrics to ensure desired results are being achieved and communicated to leadership.
  • Proactive identification of issues that could impact the successful growth thesis of the marketing function.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years’ consulting, analytical, and/or marketing operations experience.
  • Solid project management skills, having managed and successfully delivered multiple, sophisticated cross-functional projects on-time and on-budget.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proven track record of project delivery, interacting with all levels of management.
  • Coordinate interactions amongst and support to the marketing (and GTM) leadership team as needed (e.g. be lead on setting agendas for offsites, coordinating board meeting preparations).
