Digital Design & Email Marketing Manager

The Digital Design and Email Marketing Manager is part of our Marketing Team and is responsible for the design, development, and execution of email marketing campaigns for both the Prometheus brand as well as all Neighborhood sub-brands under the Prometheus umbrella. The ideal candidate is an expert in digital design and capable of implementing email best practices in a Pardot/Salesforce environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Design and Email Marketing Manager will play a key role in the following:

  • *Digital Design & Email Marketing: *You will be responsible for designing and developing communications for both external and internal clients utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Pardot, and HTML/CSS effectively.
  • Marketing Campaigns Reporting and Analytics: In this role, you’ll use data and analytics to help drive our current Marketing strategy. You’re comfortable with your ability to identify opportunities and create scalable solutions. You can easily communicate campaign results to our Executives as well as Neighborhood teams.
  • Uphold Prometheus Marketing Standards and Brand Experience: You stay up to date on the latest developments in digital design and email marketing and are the subject matter expert in Prometheus Brand design standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Our new Digital Design and Email Marketing Manager possesses the following experience, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant Marketing email development and design experience. Designing and executing prior campaigns a plus.
  • Proficient in responsive email design, front-end, and cross-client email development required.
  • Must have knowledge of email compliance regulations, marketing automation technology, and HTML/CSS.
  • Proficiency with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, B2B Marketing platforms such as Pardot, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with flexibility to adjust to changes in design based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, demonstrating passion around finding the best way to tell every story.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills; must be able to create and deliver presentations to an audience
  • Strong organizational skills and customer service experience.
  • Insatiable curiosity and desire to work through problem solving to develop new methods and practices
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across groups effectively.
