Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee our investment product's online presence. In this role, you will:
- Develop a cohesive social and community strategy in alignment with brand values and vision.
- Craft captivating and shareable content for TikTok and Instagram to amplify brand messaging.
- Daily monitoring of comments, private messages, and mentions for consistent engagement.
- Employ organic growth tactics to boost followers, likes, and interactions.
- Stay informed about trends and user-generated content (UGC) for engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with brand objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on community growth and activity.
- Engage with external agencies and influencers to facilitate content creation.
- Research and recommend best practices for content and community programs to enhance the user experience.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in TikTok and Instagram platforms, including knowledge of their latest features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Basic data analysis skills for interpreting social media metrics and making informed decisions.
- Content creation abilities, including video editing, graphic design, and social media copywriting.
- Familiarity with other social media platforms like YouTube, Twitter, or Facebook.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
- Native-level English proficiency.
