    As the Account Executive, you will join a team managing U.S. Bank’s sponsorship and experiential activation plans and program elements. In this role, your primary responsibility will be helping to oversee the planning, delivery and execution of our client’s sponsorship and experiential integrated programs. This would include being an organized team member who partners with internal departments, agency partners, and the client directly; all while sharing passion points including sports, music, entertainment and lifestyle events.

    To thrive in this position, you will be collaborative, fast-paced, disciplined, forward thinking, and have related experience in sports marketing, sponsorship or events; it’s an added bonus if you worked with a team, league or agency before!

    Multitasking with Passion. This role will focus on supporting multiple types of sponsorship and experiential activations and programs for our client. We need someone who understands experiential marketing and can be excited when working out the details of it. This could involve assisting with on-site activation at events, including staff training and communication.

    Client-facing. You have maintained effective relationships with clients and feel comfortable providing them with recommendations and updates. You’ll utilize your strong client communication skills by leading status calls, sending post-event recaps, educating clients on their use of sponsorship assets, and offering recommendations to drive more value from their partnerships/sponsorships.

    Detail Oriented. You own administrative tasks such as client reports, proposals, point of views, recaps, agendas, timelines and assisting with program budgets. All of which are only going to make this and future programs better for the client.

    Collaborative + Cross-Functional. You are comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams and external vendors to deliver unforgettable experiences.No matter how well plans activations are, things can sometimes go differently than expected due to forces out of our control. We need someone with a history of creative thinking and autonomous work that’s comfortable with solving problems and determining action plans immediately and independently.

    Travel + Schedule. We are looking for candidates fully remote, but this role would require up to 10% travel to activations when needed. Due to the nature of the industry, this role requires willingness to work on days outside of the normal work week when necessary.
