We’re looking for a high-energy, results-focused Lead Compensation Analyst to contribute to the design, program management and implementation of compensation programs at Zynga. As Lead Compensation Analyst, you will collaborate with your peers, internal stakeholders and partners to deliver on key compensation projects and programs.

This is the perfect role for a person who has deep expertise and passion to deliver best-in-class compensation programs and processes, with experience of executive compensation in a public company and has led global programs in rewarding top talent and driving exceptional business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and administer ongoing internal and external market analysis to determine competitiveness of Zynga Executive Compensation Programs and model potential program changes under the direction of the Senior Manager, Executive Compensation
  • Support ongoing communications of compensation programs and policies, including training and reviews
  • Support a Global Compensation Team on ad hoc analysis, reporting and insights including regular audits and documentation supporting internal audit processes
  • Lead compensation related systems integrations and automation initiatives
  • Perform industry research and financial analyses related to Executive compensation strategy and design, utilizing external peer data from surveys, proxy disclosures and other resources to determine market best practices
  • Partner with Finance on the development and communication of financial performance measures as they relate to executive programs and support ongoing monitoring / measurement
  • Collaborate with People Operations teams and partners to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders as needed to understand various total rewards program goals and issues and incorporate feedback
  • Participate in compensation related surveys and compensation networking events/roundtables

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3 – 6 years compensation analyst experience with at least 2 years executive compensation experience
  • Expert/Advanced MS Excel skills; proficient or better MS PowerPoint skills
  • Self-starter, excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) course work or certification preferred
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and execute quickly and efficiently, while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Workday (Compensation module) experience preferred
  • Extremely curious; not satisfied with easy or convenient answers; drives issues to root cause
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to succinctly summarize insights and quantitatively assess business and financial impact
  • Strong knowledge of applicable labor and employment law
  • Ability to work well with multiple, changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience with administration of compensation benchmarking software
