About The Job

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Recruiter who will own full-cycle recruiting and help us shape a best-in-class hiring strategy. In this role you will partner with our growing teams across both Engineering and Non Engineering domains. You will combine the ability to drive an inclusive hiring process with a willingness to take on new learnings and challenges.

To be successful in the role, you are truly passionate about making an impact and focused on results. You act with agility, a collaborative mindset and are open to feedback to reach the right outcome.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-cycle recruiting and strong ownership across all phases including sourcing, nurturing, engaging, closing, and hiring talent across engineering domains
  • Actively drive searches to build a strong and diverse pipeline of top talent for the current and future roles
  • Solutions oriented and operationally savvy.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every step of the recruiting process
  • Prioritize building inclusive and diverse teams providing an unbiased experience and opportunities to all candidates in the recruiting funnel
  • Negotiate and close complex offers across various levels
  • Use data and insights to inform your priorities and actions
  • Bring a strong sense of competitive talent insights (both qualitative and quantitative) to optimize the recruiting process
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and KPIs to drive the success of recruiting programs and support recruiting process improvements
  • Comfortable coaching up hiring managers on processes, best practices, and trends

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience as a recruiter hiring for roles across corporate functions: engineering, product and marketing.
  • Experience in adopting sourcing methodologies beyond LinkedIn including but not limited to Google x-ray searches & social media searches
  • Experience in building partnerships and effectively influencing hiring managers/leaders on talent and hiring
  • Demonstrates Agility and intellectual curiosity.
  • Analytical, problem-solver, and organized
  • Self-starter, team player, and a strong collaborator – no work is small
  • Clear, concise, and proactive in both written and oral communication
  • Strong follow-through skills and the ability to provide a memorable candidate experience
  • Have genuine care for your team, candidates, and the goals of the organization
