  • Work with the engineering team to build and ship work each season
  • Communicate frequently and effectively across the company, including presentations and demos

You’ll thrive as a UX Designer at Pingboard if you:

  • Have 3+ years product design experience solving complex problems and can proudly demonstrate that work and your process to us
  • Have 1+ years experience designing web and mobile applications for SaaS products
  • Possess strong product design and UX skills and a passion for delighting users
  • Are comfortable working in HTML/CSS as well as Sketch or Figma
  • Are driven to understand customer needs and use that to inform your work, including customer interviews and usability tests
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge, explaining decisions, and incorporating feedback

  • An encouraging environment where you can be your authentic self
  • Supportive leadership that will help you grow and do your best work
  • A focus on results, not long hours
  • Competitive salary and equity stake in the company
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Open vacation policy and 13 company holidays
  • Generous Parental leave
  • 401K with matching
  • Work from home stipend
