Senior Product Designer
About the role:
ServiceBell is looking for our first Product Designer to own all aspects of our product’s development, including design, function, and branding. Our team is small but mighty, which means you’ll get to drive meaningful impact, contribute to our design practices, and be a pillar in our mission to change how companies communicate with their customers. You’ll be reporting directly to the Founder, with maximum freedom to accomplish your goals without red-tape holding you back from your artistic integrity. If this sounds like you, please apply today!
- Execute on all phases of the design process—from wire-framing concepts and mockups through to testing the implementation.
- Work with our engineering team to ideate expected ways to interface with our products.
- Continually keep yourself up to date with industry standards and best practices
You may be fit for this role if you:
- You have 6+ years experience as a designer with a focus on product design
- Are a team player — capable of working autonomously and flexibly
- Are resilient — ready to take on challenges and are comfortable with constructive criticism
- Have a strong intuition for flows that engineers would be comfortable using
- Have confidence you’ve found your passion in UI/UX
- Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes that balance technical and business goals
- Experience designing workflows for large web applications

- Software engineering experience or experience with developer tools
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign
