The Senior Graphic Designer will have a high-level of experience in creating design solutions with exceptional visuals and remain mindful about the details. A self-motivated designer with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and strong communication skills are key to success in this role. While you’ll report to the Design Director, you’ll also work closely with a group of passionate and multi-talented people to build compelling and results-oriented work.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Create and manage design systems and visual language that extend from brand principles to execution
• Interpret and contribute to high-level design strategy and make persuasive reasoning a part of design work
• Deliver design solutions from concept to execution that fulfill marketing strategies and business goals
• Manage and oversee design projects for both DTC and B2B marketing channels
• Present and deliver creative presentations that inspire
• Support and mentor graphic designers
• Review and provide direction for graphic designer’s work to ensure high quality
• Work directly with external partners to bring a project to life with an understanding of how development works
• Lead projects to completion with broad understanding of production process

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in designer role
• Bachelor’s Degree in a design related field
• High level of proficient and speed using Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma.
• Experience in illustration, and copywriting is a plus
