Senior Designer

Your territory

As part of our Design team, you will:

• Take the lead on exciting projects for the world’s biggest name in keeping cats and dogs safe
• Work with an international, diverse and creative team
• Execute a high volume of design work across a variety of digital and print placements (including but not limited to digital ads, out-of-home ads, emails, social media content etc.) while maintaining Tractive’s visual identity and tone of voice
• Work with key stakeholders across the company to analyze the performance of creative design and experiment with data-driven solutions that help meet business goals (specifically conversion and brand awareness)
• Organize, curate and steward folders and files within a DAM software
• Manage vendor or agency relationships for print collateral and/or digital assets
• Occasionally direct and assist in the execution of photoshoots with in-house photographers or external agencies
• Work closely with our Product Designers to ensure a consistent look and feel everywhere, and maintain a shared design system in Figma
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of multi-channel marketing design experience
• A stellar portfolio that demonstrates an elevated design aesthetic and a thoughtful, creative and problem-solving approach
• Power user of Figma and Adobe CC
• Believer in creating scalable design systems and asset libraries to ensure efficiency and facilitate a quick onboarding of new designers
• Ability to thrive and handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and confident in your work
• Problem-solver and consensus-builder
• Able to take in diverse feedback and produce and defend design solutions that meet overarching project goals
• Strategic thinking that goes beyond the visuals
• Very good English skills
