Senior Designer

You’re a fiend for all things visual identity and brand strategy and understand what it takes to create beautiful and usable digital experiences. You can lead and execute work independently but know how to direct, inspire and collaborate with others. You’re excited for a challenge, working across numerous verticals for both enterprise clients and early-stage startups. This means you can easily oscillate between ‘minimum viable brands’ to deeper brand strategy. You know the difference between good and great work, and can articulate your vision in persuasive ways.

Your mission is:

  • to deliver and lead boundary-pushing work that inspires others, internal and external to JM
  • to do it with ease, speed and deliver on time, within budget and to a high standard, no matter the project

You are:

  • experienced (4+ years)
  • an expert in branding, visual design and brand strategy
  • well versed in UI and digital design
  • meticulous in your execution
  • no stranger to iteration and testing
  • a killer communicator, in every respect
  • curious and perceptive
  • flexible and patient
  • organised and resourceful
  • able to take direction, and take the lead

You can:

  • stay connected and in sync while working remotely

You have:

  • a thirst for good work
  • a growth mindset, to say the least
  • a deep, nuanced understanding of (read: love affair with) design process

You have skills in:

  • Figma
  • Notion
  • Creative Suite
  • Google Workspace
  • meeting / workshop facilitation
