Join our highly ambitious team as employee #13 and the second product designer. You’ll work on everything from customer- and business-facing applications to design systems to brand identity, and have the opportunity to build and lead a team.
About us
We’re building consumer and enterprise systems at the intersection of e-commerce, blockchain, and logistics that will change our relationship with the things we purchase. We’re pre-market, envisioning an entirely new consumer finance paradigm and developing its first version. Note that we’re a distributed team collaborating remotely and meet up in person quarterly (and we make it fun!).

Who we’re hiring
- First-principles problem solver
- Generalist with particular depth and creativity in Visual and Interface Design
- Confident and resilient thought partner, seasoned creating products from zero-to-one within flat organizations
- End-to-end design leader, comfortable guiding cross-functional teams from problem definition through development
Criteria
- 2 or more case studies of built software design work, detailing how you made decisions
- 4+ years of commercial product design experience, working in direct partnership with engineering
