· £45k-£65k (depending on experience)

This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on, talented designer who wants to lead the design and front-end build for a growing Insurtech. The successful applicant will be able to design and build market leading digital user interfaces and experiences for a wide range of insurance product types, brands, producing high quality assets, website designs, production frontend HTML & CSS code and marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment. You will create the look, layout and features of our websites, product tools, and other assets. This role is a hybrid of web design and then taking your designs and building them out, pixel perfect for the developers. Strong web design, UI, UX and HTML, CSS experience is needed.

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years commercial design experience in a similar role

· Strong existing portfolio of work which can be demonstrated

· Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics tools

· Strong front-end build experience (HTML, CSS)

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web and app experiences

· Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites

· Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy

General

· Comfortable working via MS Outlook and MS Teams for daily team calls

· Self-motivated, with impeccable planning and time-management skills

· Ability to self-test work for accuracy and quality
