Design the seal Mascot

We're looking for an illustrator who specializes in brand mascots. This is a simple project where we already have a firm sense of the mascot we want. We need someone to execute on our vision:

We want a cute, baby gray seal that is smiling and lying upon a stack of white legal papers. It is looking up and to the right. The seal is entirely one shade of gray except for the eyes and whiskers. No background.
