About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. You will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to strategically hire some of the best talent!

Responsibilities:

  • You have senior level recruiting experience at a high growth company
  • Sourcing is your jam. You like finding and engaging passive talent across Engineering and Product
  • You’re great at building relationships with others, especially hiring managers. You like building partnerships with them while getting candidates through the pipeline
  • You enjoy full lifecycle recruiting: researching, sourcing, screening, and closing for multiple roles and teams
  • You have a sense of urgency. You understand how to prioritize recs and candidates
  • You love providing an exceptional candidate experience during all interviews
  • You know the importance of maintaining a strong pipeline of passive candidates for open roles
  • You believe in quality of candidates over quantity of candidates
  • You are passionate about bringing diverse talent into our growing company
  • You work closely with the hiring managers and coordinators to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of roles with a tech focus
  • Find, engage and nurture passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and other creative search techniques

Qualifications:

  • You must possess a relentless ability to produce a consistently high volume of reach-outs to targeted passive candidates
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles is a must, specifically within Engineering and Product
  • Experience working with SaaS products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strength and passion for using various sourcing techniques
  • You are creative and can think out of the box to source candidates for hard-to-fill positions
  • You are familiar with sourcing with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Gem
  • Strong knowledge of talent pipelines, campaigns, and recruitment selling techniques
