Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative, research, and customer support services to our business leader. Your role will involve diverse responsibilities, including researching business opportunities, managing email and calendars, and delivering top-notch customer assistance.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research and assess business prospects.
2. Efficiently manage email correspondence and calendars.
3. Perform various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in administrative or customer service positions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Capability to conduct research across various industries and generate reports and PowerPoint presentations using ChatGPT and Bard as needed.
• Proficiency in both independent and team-oriented work.
• Self-sufficiency and adaptability to minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours.
• A background in the e-commerce industry is advantageous (familiarity with Shopify, Dropshipping, Wordpress, Woocommerce, etc.).
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

• A secure and noise-free home office setting.
• Access to a desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 processor running at 1 GHz - 2 GHz, and Windows OS.
• Minimum 4 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended).
• Google Chrome browser.
• A minimum 15” monitor, preferably dual monitors.
• Reliable virus and spyware protection with an activated firewall.
• A broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) with a minimum of 1 Mbps per user (no satellite, dial-up, or wireless connections allowed).
• Backup generator in case of power outages.
