We are looking for a talented change management expert to join our ES Transformation change team. The role will reside within the Employee Success Digital Program Management Office and will help us bring to life our change strategy that will enable the multi-faceted projects within the broader transformation scope.

This position reports to the Change Lead for the ES Transformation and will actively work with the ES Transformation project team and key stakeholders across client.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and execute actionable deliverables for the four change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, enablement plan, resistance management plan
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Evaluate the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan. Manage project plan deliverables and escalate risk as needed
  • Proactively assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives against the change scorecard and success measures, recommending adjustments as needed
  • Complete and facilitate weekly change status updates
  • Partner with project leads to consult, coach, identify and support change deliverables
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams (i.e. IT, Finance, etc.) as a part of the overall change effort
  • Engage with project sponsors and senior leaders to support project deliverables
  • Prepare materials for a variety of audiences – executive presentations, communications to broad audiences, PMO updates etc

Required Key Skills

  • Experience with large organizational change efforts and a track record of working in a complex, global, matrixed organization
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Demonstrated track record of quickly establishing and maintaining effective relationships across all levels of an organization and with diverse internal customer groups
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders through change management efforts rather than direct control
  • Flexible and adaptable; highly curious and able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Results-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Demonstrated experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or related fields
  • 5-7 years of experience in Change Management Roles
  • Experience working in large, global multi-brand companies with over 50,000 employees
  • Experience managing/leading change management projects/programs for the HR function
  • Experience managing/leading change management for HR technology implementation projects
  • Prosci Change Management certification preferred
