Title: Recruiting Operations Specialist

  • Location: Remote – USA

We are looking for an experienced, operational-savvy Recruiting Operations Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team. The purpose of this role is to positively affect the experience of our candidates, help us streamline recruiting processes and hire more efficiently.

The duration of this contract is approximately 6 months with the possibility to extend.

  • Administer company pages on social media sites
  • Work with recruiters and hiring leaders to obtain and review talent insights
  • Review and post job descriptions
  • Manage co-op and intern programs
  • Measure and analyze key metrics regarding recruiting partner effectiveness and other recruiting metrics
  • Help to onboard new hires
  • Document processes and recommend areas to improve
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics


  • 2-4 years of talent acquisition operations experience
  • Proficient with administering recruiting tools and social media sites
  • Experience with Application Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
  • Solid project management skills
  • Experienced in developing and improving processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Persistent problem solver with strong follow-through
  • Ability to multi-task, proactively communicate and organize inputs from multiple sources
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works with a sense of urgency
  • Organized, efficient, resourceful and proven ability to prioritize effectively
