We are a forward thinking, tech-savvy, small business bookkeeping & advisory firm seeking new team members. We are looking for a bookkeeping professional who also embraces cloud tech and wants to work with small businesses. Great client services skills are required as we care greatly for our clients and interact with them often. Financial reporting, tech stack integration, basic bookkeeping, and advisory are all part of our every day.

Tech skills required: generally tech savvy; willingness to try new things; QuickBooks Online; bank feed reintegrations; mapping apps to QBO; reporting tools; Google and Microsoft tools.

Accounting knowledge: general A/P and A/R and general bookkeeping knowledge, reconciliations, basic account flow-throughs to related companies, general reporting, and some basic payroll experience.

This is a remote position so self-starters who are organized and who communicate well are needed. If your current boss is still reminding you to get your work done this is not the position for you. Detailed work instruction and checklists are provided but some level of independence is required to do this work.

We are willing to consider part-time employees as long as you are able to exceed 32 hours per week. Salary and benefits will be adjusted accordingly.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
